Advent Sunday

It has been 2 days since the new EP was released.

Firstly, I am thankful for all the kinds words, shares and support received so far. Through out the whole process, I admit I am more critical of myself for putting out these songs but I was reminded again and again on the grace and blessings from God and people who are close to me. 

It’s been a long process. I had this thought of putting out something since 2016 but I felt that time was not right yet. So, I waited and pray. Amid waiting, there were open doors, networks and inspirations which all leads to the release.

Like everything else this year, I had a different plan for the EP release. I was planning to do a simple launch party but yea, Covid happened. The place I wanted to hold the launch is closed since then, plus the uncertainty of SOPs kept us everyone guessing whether anything public can be done. Production/recording of EP was slightly delayed but we managed to pull it off despite the busyness and uncertainties. 

Recently, I bumped into my 2020 resolution list and felt like tearing up. I noticed that I have achieve majority of the things that I have set out to do for thus year, among them for this EP. So, it’s never too bad to wait, plan, pray and commit to God about your plans.
Introvert like me been doing shameless promos of my EP. Part of me feel awkward but part of me feel that I have to do so or else… nothing’s gonna happen.

I will keep it rolling until I get a sustainable amount.
Doing  both or any one of it helps a lot, even though it may seems little. I  guess this also helps to make up to the supposed-but-cancelled "onsite"  launch.  

Anyway, thank you once again to those who have contributed, in one or another, and also celebrating with me (through your kind words and shares). My cell group had bubble tea party as a celebration.. haha.. so, cheers!

My hope and prayer that these songs will be a blessing and pleasing to you. 
Not sure when there’s next song(s) or whatsoever. There is, there maybe. But it's back to that cycle of waiting and planning. 

Backstreet Boys famously sung this... as long there’s music, we will be coming back again. The same applies to me too.
